El Pavo Bakeries has been a family owned and operated business for over 50 years. Founded in 1962 by Señor Pedro Vasquez, El Pavo Bakeries has proven to be one of Los Angeles’ most popular bakeries among the latino community.
Today we maintain the aroma and taste of traditional Mexican Sweet bread, with unique recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation. Since 1962, our bread is prepared daily using the highest quality ingredients to hand-make our authentic, artisanal Mexican bread.
Over the years, this business has grown and now serves in 6 different locations around Los Angeles County and San Gabriel Valley. Our skilled bakers and cake artists use their techniques to hand make the best quality possible.
